In order to understand our users' needs, and then deliver better products and services accordingly, we sincerely invite you to join our User Experience Improvement Program.

Participation in this program will not affect your usage of our products and services.

While participating in this program, your usage of our products will not be disturbed in any way, such as pop-ups, emails, or phone surveys, etc.

Our products and services should work the same way, whether you choose to or not to participate in this program.

Users who choose to participate please send us the following data:

• System Information: Hardware and OS information, etc;
• Product Usage: Which button is clicked most and what feature is used most, etc;
• Product Settings: Provide information to help improve default settings;
• Error and Crash Data: What error has occurred and how many times this error has occurred, etc.

We respect your privacy. Hence, this program only collects information about DVDFab products and services. But since some special video sources (DVDs, Blu-rays or other videos) might also result in the crashes of DVDFab products, so information about those special video sources may also be collected.

Data collection in this program is done anonymously.

No personally identifiable information will be collected. The data is collected anonymously, and only useful to our product team.

Participation in this program is voluntary.

You can join/quit this Program at any time by enabling/disabling the "Join our user experience improvement program" option at General, Common Settings panel.
